Heroes at heart, Malwarebytes is trusted by more than 60,000 businesses as the go-to cybersecurity of protection, detection, and remediation. So when they needed consolidate two locations and accommodate a rapidly expanding staff, they engaged Create+Co to design 22,000 of dynamic new space frontiers.
A new Frontier blending environments
As the go-to cybersecurity solution provider for most of the world, Create+Co took the idea of these Global Defenders into a new dimension by creating a galactic universal space. Moving from offices and cubicles to an open-plan benching system, removed employee isolation in favor of fluid space and culture in order to encourage connectivity and an energized environment.
New-found Inclusion to strengthen the Culture Character
In a not so parallel universe, the overall idea to bring brand awareness to the masses focused on continuing the concept of themed rooms as Malwarebytes Headquarters in California did, but to take it to the next level.
Create+Co with its sister company Found, worked to curate a sci-fi filled space with custom graphics, artwork and memorabilia. Each room hand selected themes by the Malwarebytes team supported the efforts of the new-found inclusion approach to their awaited move. As employees were keen on science fantasy each room left the imagination to all things futuristic and galactic.
